Q: How do I find out what model of
phone I have? A: Carefully remove the battery located
on the back of your phone. It can be removed by pressing down on the
small circular/oval/or other small button with your fingernail, and
sliding the battery down or out, away from the phone. Flip the
battery over to the other side and you will see printed on the back
- Model: _________. To search for products compatible with your
model on our website, first click on the appropriate brand, i.e.:
Nokia, Motorola, etc., and search by model number.
Q: How soon will my cellular
product(s) be shipped? A: We process all orders within 48
hours from the time you've ordered. However, if you order prior
to 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), we process most orders the
same day you order.

faster? A: We can have your order to you as fast as the next

deliver to you within 1- 7 days within the continental U.S.,
depending upon your need and destination. Please email or call us to
expedite your order to a priority status. Once we have a
destination, we can figure the cost of next day, or 2 day delivery,
and let you know as soon as possible.
Q: What if I live outside the
U.S.A.? A: UPS delivers internationally as well. Please make
sure when ordering, all of your shipping information is complete and
accurate. The international rate will vary depending upon the
destination.
Q: I would like to send someone a
gift, but I would like to make sure they do not receive the receipt.
Is that possible? A: We will be glad to send you your invoice
separately from the product. Please check the appropriate box when
ordering to indicate that you would like to receive
the receipt rather than the recipient.
Q: Do you honor a warranty on your
products? A: 4CellXtras warrants all products to be free of
manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. To
receive a new accessory, all defectives must be sent back in
original packaging with a copy of the invoice and be suitably
packaged to prevent damage.
Q: Will you honor an exchange if I am
not happy with my product? A: 4CellXtras will gladly exchange
your product, less any shipping charges. When returning a product
for an exchange, you must include a copy of the invoice, a short
note on why you are dissatisfied, and properly pack the item in its
original package to prevent damage. You may want to use a form of
shipping that will track the item, as you are responsible for
getting the product to us. We will not be responsible for any
products that are lost due to shipping. Please include your daytime
telephone in the event we have to contact you.
Q: What do you do with my shipping
information once the product has been sent? A: 4CellXtras
strongly believes in the privacy and confidentiality of its
customers and their information. We do not sell our customer
