4CellXtras warrants all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. To receive a new accessory, all defectives must be sent back in original packaging with a copy of the invoice and be suitably packaged to prevent damage. You also may wish to use a tracking form of shipping, as you are responsible for getting your product to us.
